I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, with its fantastic location right opposite the main public transport hub at Broadbeach South. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, providing great value for money. The staff was exceptionally helpful and courteous, which made my stay even more enjoyable. However, I felt that the dining options could use some improvement, as they were not as good as expected.

I had an amazing stay at the Neptune Resort! The view from my room was simply magical, and the proximity to local attractions made everything so convenient. The staff were genuinely helpful and friendly, which added to the overall pleasant experience. However, the shower in my suite was quite small and could really use an upgrade. Despite that, I would definitely return for another stay, especially for the value and the beautiful surroundings.
